By adding nodular and inoculant to liquid gray cast iron, the flake free graphite becomes spherical graphite, which significantly improves the mechanical properties of cast iron, especially plasticity and toughness . Due to the characteristics of high strength, good toughness , good wear resistance and so on, widely used in all kinds of mechanical parts, such as shaft, coupling, gear, pump body, valve, cylinder body . The spheroidization rate of ductile iron castings produced by Keboer Company can reach 90%.
